Throughout our programs, we offer an integrated approach to case management and supportive services which gives our customers seamless access to SCAP’s continuum of services. This approach ensures the best possible outcomes for those we serve!

SCAP Community Services will...

  • Identify Immediate Needs and connect you to food, clothing and other essentials.
  • Identify Your Skills through individualized self-assessment and goal setting.
  • Offer referrals into other SCAP programs and community resources like SNAP, HEAP, health insurance, National Grid advocate, and Legal Aid.
  • Provide Housing Services covering everything from eviction prevention, landlord and tenant mediation, apartment searching, and housing programs.
